1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by B2B Point SIA (“B2B Point”, “we”, “us”) at b2bpoint.com and related public pages (the “Site”).

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the marketing website and enquiry forms only. Project delivery, product licences, and partner agreements are governed by separate written contracts.

2. The website

The Site provides information about B2B Point’s services, products, case studies, and partnership options, and allows you to contact us. Content is for general information. It is not a binding offer unless we expressly say so in a written proposal or contract.

3. No public user accounts

The Site does not offer public self-service accounts. Submitting a form does not create a customer account or entitle you to access client portals, demo environments, or paid products unless we separately grant access.

4. Enquiries, quotes, and Blueprint

When you send a contact or quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to do so on behalf of your organisation where relevant.

• We aim to reply within one business day but do not guarantee response times.
• Quotes, estimates, and Blueprint scopes are subject to written confirmation.
• Nothing on the Site obliges us to accept a project or partnership.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials are owned by B2B Point or our licensors. You may view and share pages for legitimate business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, or reuse Site content for competing services or commercial republication without our prior written consent.

Client names, logos, and case study materials appear with permission for portfolio use. Third-party marks (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce) belong to their owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful way or to harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Probe, scan, or overload the Site (except lawful security research we have approved)
• Submit malware, spam, or deceptive content through forms
• Scrape the Site at scale or use automated means that degrade service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (platforms, partners, client storefronts). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Visiting those sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, B2B Point and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site.

Our aggregate liability arising out of your use of the Site will not exceed EUR 100, except where liability cannot be limited under Latvian or EU law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold B2B Point harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Riga, Latvia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise (our Site is directed at businesses).

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
